Distribucon is proud to be a part of this innovative building system, although it’s been used in many countries for almost 2 decades, still relatively new in South Africa.
Based in Potchefstroom, in North west, South Africa our company strives on innovation, designing and distribution.
We also have a very unique system where we work through awarded tenders of a company and split the savings we negotiated on a 50/50 basis. This system save companies thousands of rands because it’s a win/win.
On the designing wing of the company a couple of bright young engineers can take your idea from proto-typing right through, and onto the shelve. In other words we can handle your idea from a 3D printed model, patenting and marketing.
Our vison here at Distribcon is to be one of the leading players supplying light steel, SPC flooring and PVC ceiling and wall panels!

Steel frame houses are cost effective, lightweight, easy to handle, and manufactured under strict quality control guidelines. Steel framing is also termite proof and non combustible. Being non-combustible and highly resistant to fire, steel is much superior to traditional materials and will not fuel the flames. This attribute makes steel the ideal material for building in bushfire prone regions.
SPC Flooring stands for stone plastic composite flooring. SPC vinyl is an engineered luxury that combines limestone and stabilizers to create an extremely durable core.
Plastic ceiling is a non-hygroscopic material and does not absorb water, the advantage of this in a bathroom is that steam from the bath or shower will not be absorbed into the ceiling.
